Manufacturer-approved repair

If your car is damaged after a non-fault accident where there's an identified insured third party, we will repair it.

Your repairs will be completed to manufacturer-approved standards and you'll be kept regularly informed on their progress.

Car replacement

Like-for-like car replacement

In the event of a non-fault accident where there's an identified insured third party we will seek to provide you with an as-new like-for-like replacement car.

This is better than a courtesy car from your insurer, and we'll deliver it to your home or work address - you don't even have to go and collect it yourself.

You'll be able to drive the same type of car as your own while we complete your repairs.

Accident recovery

UK-wide accident recovery

Accident recovery is generally not included in car insurance or breakdown cover.

If your car is unsafe and/or unlawful to drive following an accident, we will recover it free of charge UK-wide. This benefit is available even where the accident is your fault, so long as there is a party we can recover our costs from - such as your own car insurer.

This can save you hundreds of pounds and you'll never be stranded.

Multi-car, multi-driver

• Includes all the cars in your household, not just one
• Includes any car of any age, type and value

Includes your immediate family who live with you, both as drivers and as passengers:

• You
• Your partner
• All your children of any age

No Claims Discount

Helps protect your No Claims Discount

Where the accident isn't your fault and there's an identified insured third party, the third party insurer pays the bill.

Because there's no claim on your own car insurance, your no claims discount shouldn't be adversely affected.

Zero excess payment

Saves you paying your insurance excess

Why pay your insurance excess when an accident is someone else's fault?

Costs can be recovered from the third party insurer, so your insurance excess payment is no longer required. This saves you potentially hundreds of pounds.

Legal support

Legal support

If you're involved in an accident that's not your fault where there is an identified insured third party, where you and/or a member of your family have been injured as a result of the accident, you have the legal right to make a claim for personal injury.

If you choose to exercise this legal right, and if the injuries are likely to exceed £1,000 in damages (i.e. compensation paid out by the third party's insurer), we will put you in touch with our specialist legal partners.

Private physiotherapy

Physiotherapy at a private clinic

Car insurance is primarily focused on your car, whereas we care just as much about your personal wellbeing.

So, we can arrange local private medical treatment far quicker than the NHS if you're injured in a non-fault accident.
